Forestry activities will make use of Whinmoor St Paul’s beautiful new nature area and allow children the opportunity to be creative and develop new skills such as; tool use, arts and crafts, building habitats, learning about nature and more!
Forestry activities aim to develop confidence in children and teach them to problem solve and manage risks while having the freedom to make their own choices and express themselves. Children will allow children to build connection with their classmates and nature by working cooperatively with others and learning the value of protecting the nature around them by creating and growing sustainable habitats for wildlife.
