Classroom Teaching Assistants

We are moving towards a more flexible approach to TA support across school. Rather than being attached to one class or child, our TAs will work across different classes, supporting pupils according to need.

This approach enables us to make the best use of our staff’s skills while helping children build confidence, independence and positive relationships with a range of adults across school.
